Sawdust Magazine Advertizement

When I was thinking of how to design this particular advertizement, I wanted to come up with something that portrayed the feel of "Sawdust Art and Craft Festival". Seeing that Sawdust's logo contains a leaf in it, I wanted to incooperated that idea in the ad itsslef. I chose colors that matched and complemented the original logo, and used them in order to make four leaves in the top left corner of the page. I used a variety of techniques such as the pen and eraser tool to create these leaves, and am very happy with how they turned out. I added a few images in order to show someone who is not farmilliar with the event the types of things that go on at the festival. Lastly the text that I included was placed in a manner where I felt that would be easily legible for the audience.
